We're Here to Break Barriers

T.A.N.L GROUP was created from a place of personal experience and a steadfast belief in the power of transformation. I’m Anastasia Mighty, and my journey began in Brownsville, Brooklyn, where opportunities for young women were few and far between. Growing up, I understood firsthand the challenges of dreaming big while facing limited resources and support. These experiences became the driving force behind my purpose and the foundation of T.A.N.L GROUP.

I established T.A.N.L GROUP to be the space I once needed, a supportive community where girls and young women are truly seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. Our mission is personal and far-reaching: to nurture well-being, foster positive self-identity, and inspire systemic change for those who have often been overlooked. We provide emotional health support, leadership training, career readiness, personal and workforce development, and safe pathways for girls navigating obstacles like teen pregnancy, justice involvement, and trauma.

Having lived through these challenges myself, I know that self-confidence is transformative. It’s the foundation that allows girls to dream boldly, speak with conviction, and face adversity with resilience. Confidence helps them trust their instincts, make empowered choices, and embrace their unique stories with pride and courage.

My greatest passion is giving back, sharing knowledge, building self-esteem, and breaking down barriers for the next generation of leaders. At T.A.N.L GROUP, we walk alongside young women as they pursue higher education, launch careers, or step into entrepreneurship, ensuring they have the tools and support to shape the futures they deserve. Together, we are sparking a movement of hope, resilience, and opportunity, one that uplifts communities and creates lasting impact.
